According to The Real Decree 126 into effect from 27th of february of 2015, hospitality and restaurant business must declare if the following 14 allergens are included or not in their courses. They are: Gluten, crustacean, egg, fish, peanut, soy, mustard, dairy, nuts and seeds, celery, sesame, sulphites, lupin bean and molluscs.
