How is a consultation with me?
- After making an appointment via WhatsApp or email you will receive a short questionnaire to better understand your case and your circumstances.
- In our first session (face-to-face or online), which will last 1 hour, we will have a very long and pleasant talk to know your eating habits, medical history and lifestyle.
- We will establish the steps to follow on our journey together; in order to improve eating habits, digestive problems, allergies and intolerances, or in the treatment of eating disorders.
- In our first consultation we will establish together the first steps and strategies to get you started to work. In the following days you might receive a nutritional plan if applies on your case, because it takes a few days to develop personalized nutritional guidelines adapted to each o
- The follow-up sessions will be every 20 days ideally. where the evolution of the established strategies will be assessed, we will make the necessary changes to continue advancing and improving, resolve doubts and we will have explanatory sessions on topics of interest.
