How is a consultation with me?
In our first consultation we will talk about the reason of your consultation or whatever symptom has brought you. How long have you been suffering from this and how it is affecting you everyday living and wellbeing.
To find out the root and understanding the manifestation in the body we will gather information about your medical history and your family medical history. As well as going through questions for every system (digestive, cardiovascular, muscular, respiratory) to check if there is concomitant symptoms that might be related to the issue.
Of course, we will pay a lot of attention on food habits, designing a protocol which includes nutrients to be increased for your situation or decreased, and why.
There will be lifestyle changes as well, and there might be need of nutritional supplementation from the best brands in the market.
Because this is not a calorie counting plan, you will take your protocol with you on the same day. However for that to be possible the consultation might take even 2 hours length.
